“Einstein dared to say that we must now re-interpret how we view the world around us. Such a radical concept turned science on its head, and it became widely acknowledged that this discovery had somehow affected the lives of everyone on the planet- rather, the lives of everyone had always been affected by properties that had only just been discovered and acknowledged.” (Hans Arora).

Basic Information about the Theory and Einstein:
-Theory of relativity - a theory of gravitation that was thought up by Albert Einstein in the early 1900s. According to general relativity, the observed gravitational attraction between masses results from the warping of space and time by those masses.

-Albert Einstein published his special theory of relativity in 1905 and was released to the general public in 1915

-Einstein is credited with implications of relativity as a concept beyond science. Aftermath of his two theories on relativity that Einstein has truly risen to fame in a variety of audiences and for many reasons.

-Einstein was the child of Jewish immigrants and poor.

-The law of relativity's impacts society.

Affects on Society:
-Nuclear energy production:
Nuclear energy stopped reliance on non-renewable resources for energy needs. Nuclear energy has already fulfilled for other parts of the world that have more readily accepted it as a major energy supplier. Nuclear power also added to heating our homes and everyday appliances. The military today equals nuclear warheads and nuclear-powered submarines. Very rarely do you think of the military without the thought of nuclear materials.

-Synchronization of the global positioning system (GPS) satellites around the earth
Although these technologies rely on relativity through GPS. GPS not only helps the Department of Defense by helping the missles and telling them where to go, but also the misguided "map quest" follower.

-Einstein also affected society with his ideas by showing that a poor Jewish immigrant could become powerful and famous. By Showing that not just the rich could obtain it. With this new power Einstein changed the world with influencing social and national policies such as nuclear warfare, education, and human rights.

Affected Science:
-Relativity challenged much of the way traditional science had viewed certain physical aspects of the universe.

-Laws of physics are the same for all observers, regardless of their speed, and that the speed of light was constant for all observers, regardless of their speed (Hans Arora).

-Time itself is relative

-All in all it affected us by helping us measure our days with the “constant” time.

Conclusion:

The law of relativity has affected us in the past, present, and future. Einstein was able to show this theory and get it as a common state known to all. Over all this theory has impacted us only for the good. This theory he made over 100 years ago is still helping us to this day.
